Custom Orders

This form is for custom orders/commissions to be evaluated for how much I’d charge. It may take me a bit to evaluate but when I'm done, I will come back and email/text/call you with questions, concerns, and what I imagine the price will be. Once I have evaluated and you agree to the price, only then will I start making. This order form is just for individual pieces, if you want to make multiple matching things, I would email me directly before submitting this form.

You.
